Dispute Resolution(a) Arbitration AgreementYou agree to resolve disputes through arbitration, not in court. You can opt out by texting STOP to our number or emailing support@renuedbeauty.com.(c) Updates to These TermsWe may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.(d) TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your Account if we believe you violated these Terms.(e) MiscellaneousIf a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.No waiver of any breach will be considered a waiver of any future breach.These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Renued.
